【 JOB DUTIES 】
Participate in management activities and prepare relevant management documents.
Technical negotiations with clients and outsourced units, and other related matters.
Undertake pre-research and development of new technologies, and formulate relevant certification documents.
Solve technical problems in the production and manufacturing process, and provide production technical services.
Prepare technical documents related to design and development, and be familiar with the APQP product development process.
Be responsible for the design and development of core automotive components, and proficiently use 3D software to create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings.
Be responsible for preparing documents such as product TCD files, assembly work instructions, and test plans, and track the progress of new product DV performance tests and durability tests.
【 EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS 】
Be familiar with various machining processes and key control points.
Have the ability to independently analyze and solve problems in the production process.
College diploma or above, majoring in mechanical, electronic, or automotive design-related disciplines.
Have the ability to independently design work fixtures, improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
Candidates with more than 3 years of experience in assembly technology or new energy solenoid valve-related work will be preferred.

Be responsible for training production operators.
Be responsible for optimizing production man-hours and improving efficiency.
Be responsible for the daily maintenance of internal equipment and establish equipment ledgers.
Be responsible for establishing and implementing the company's internal process discipline inspection mechanism.
Responsibilities: Provide design solutions for work fixtures in key assembly processes to improve production accuracy.
Be responsible for formulating assembly process flows for mass-produced products and preparing corresponding process documents.
Participate in technical reviews of new product assembly, identify risks in the assembly process, and provide optimization suggestions from the perspective of assemblability.

No requirement for working years, but candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience will be given priority.
Education: Secondary vocational school or above, major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive-related disciplines.

Planning, tracking, and test report preparation for new R&D product DV tests.
Proficient in using 3D software to model components, converting 3D models into 2D engineering drawings, and correctly annotating dimensions, geometric tolerances, and technical specifications on drawings.
